Frequently Asked Questions About Children’s Care
We are able to provide care services to children of all ages, with service users divided into bands according to their age – 0-3 years old, 4-12 years old, and 13-18 years old.
There are many reasons why you should choose us over other providers. All care that we provide is managed and supervised by our team of complex care nurses, plus we offer our staff in-house specialist training to meet the individual needs of our service users. We also hold regular meetings (including weekly safeguarding meetings) to review any issues and adapt our procedures where required.
Our care plans are personalised to meet the specific needs of the service user and requests from their family. Some tasks we may perform include helping with personal care and feeding, getting ready in the morning or for bed at night, and supporting the family in establishing daily routines.
