Founded by a highly skilled complex nurse and an experienced care professional, our management team is fully invested in the success of the business and is committed to delivering the very best level of care to our service users.
We provide domiciliary, respite, and specialist care services across a variety of areas, including personal care, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and treatment of disease, disorder, or injury.

Warda is a complex needs nurse with more than 11 years experience in the NHS and private sector. She also has some international experience after working with the United Nations in resource-limited countries, where she led a team of nurses and trained them to establish new paediatric and neonatal centres.
Aziz Sannie
Data Protection Officer
Aziz has a diverse background working across sectors such as education and healthcare. He is a lifelong tech enthusiast and recognises the potential for Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform current approaches to data security and is committed to embracing advances to ensure that data protection practices remain effective and robust. As a DPO, he provides guidance and support to staff on data protection matters and continuously monitors the organisation’s data protection practices to ensure compliance.

Operations Manager
Ayesha Sannie is an Operations Manager with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Her expertise lies in streamlining processes and fostering a productive work environment. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Ayesha ensures that daily operations align with the company’s quality standards and long-term objectives.
